A friend sent this to me today to show me that even city governments are changing with the times. But really… when you are in public walking on the sidewalk or across the street, how hard is it to pay attention to where you are going and the people around you? I have seen people walk into poles, other people, buildings, doors, trees, cars, traffic, open manholes and off of curbs. Not only do you silly, but you are interrupting others around you in a negative way. And yes… I am Tweeting this post …
