You should always greet even strangers in the BVI. Good morning before noon, good afternoon afternoon, good night after dusk, should all be observed even with strangers you pass on the street.

The older generation usually use Mr., Mrs., or Miss when greeting or addressing people.

Please don’t wear beach clothing anywhere other than the beach.
