06 May People Skills are Face to Face Communication Skills
This video illustrates the crisis we are sharing now and which will only get worse in interpersonal communication. To have over 400 “Friends” and be lonely – to miss out on the richness of life for the sake of sharing the mundane of our existence; such a sad commentary about how we respect ourselves and how we choose to spend the little time we have on earth.
May I suggest you call on the phone a friend and meet for a meal today. Talk face to face. Laugh together. Share your stories while looking your friend in the eyes. Show your love, respect and kindness towards them. Good etiquette leaves others with warm feelings about us. Practice good etiquette today and your life and those you are sharing your day with will feel the day was worthwhile and good.
